Join us Friday, May 25th 6:30 to 8:30pm for a celebration of the new Rosés of the year! We will have over 24 Rosés for you to taste all paired with the delicious cuisine of Chef Christopher Audia! This will truly be a celebration of the sun, great food and great wine. Tickets are just $39 per person, gratuity included. See full menu of delicious hors d'oeuvres at bottom page here. All wines will be available for purchase the same evening and guests receive a 20% discount on all wines showcased in the event. Space is limited.
We willl offer menu items such as -
Arancini milanese- saffron and mascarpone, salsa verde(marjoram, basil, parsley, lemon)
Steak Tartar- buttermilk dressing, yukon potato chip, bread and butter pickle
Lamb skewer- roasted bell pepper, pickled red onion, walnut harissa
Rockfish Ceviche- puffed grain cracker, lime creme fraiche
Shrimp toast- radish salad, chili oil
